Shipping

I have the right to change shipping prices at any time to make sure I am paying the correct amount to An Post, my postal service. An Post can change their shipping rates at any time too, and I will continue to price shipping in accordance with their rates.

Due to COVID-19 and Brexit, there are currently various delays with postal routes and delivery times. Your patience is massively appreciated.

Delivery

Processing time
Processing time is usually 1-2 weeks, and most orders are packaged on weekends. Once packaged, they are then dispatched usually on the next working day. All order are shipped via An Post, which can take 3-7 working days to deliver. I deliver worldwide.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payments

Credit/Debit cards are accepted, and are processed using Stripe. You can also pay using PayPal.


Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

           -Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
           -Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

            -Custom or personalised orders
            -Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
